A klasszikus velencei borkészítés hagyományainak köszönhetően született meg ez a különleges Prosecco, glera szőlőnek köszönhetően intenzív aromákkal. lllatában a gyümölcsös (golden alma, körte, őszibarack és egy csipetnyi citrus) és a virágos (virágzó akác és akác) illatjegyek tökéletes arányban fedezhetők fel benne. Ízvilágában lágy és bársonyos a szájban, de ugyanakkor száraz, kiegyensúlyozott savassága teszi egy roppant harmonikus borrá.
